Home Health Recruiter
Onsite/Full-Time/Direct-Hire Position w/Full Benefits Package!
Base Salary plus Bonus/Commission Plan
Responsibilities:
- Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
- Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
- Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly
- Full-cycle recruiting including onboarding
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of recruiting
- Caregiver recruiting required. RNs, CNAs, HHAs
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Social Media Recruitment experience
- Experience attending events
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
